For owners and operators of any group of 1 or more persons participating in Wushu (Martial Arts) related programming. These programs may be operated at private (independently owned) or publicly rented or borrowed facilities. All club members must fully educate themselves on their responsibilities and roles as a recognized club of WushuOntario. Two Levels of Membership are available.

New or existing members should not hesitate to communicate with WushuOntario administration to verify membership and to attain all relevant membership materials.

Club Membership: Level I [Recreational Club Membership]
Fee: $100.00


This option is for club operators who are interested in recreational participation and limited recognition in WushuOntario events and programs.

This Membership Package Allows for the Following Benefits:

- Individual Club members who are registered with WushuOntario are allowed to participate in WushuOntario events and programs.
- Provides recognition to your club for the achievements of your individual members who are registered with WushuOntario. This includes athletic achievements, coach recognition and club achievements.
- Provides access to learning tools and informative materials for use in growing and developing Wushu related programs.
- Provides 2 copies of the WushuOntario operations manual.
- Provides club member with a Recreational Club Member website listing on NSO and PSO websites.
- Provides recognition certificate to be displayed at the member club.
- Provides WushuOntario membership for one (1) designated coach.

This Membership Package Assumes the Following Restrictions and Limitations:

- Level I Club Members must provide proof of individual insurance policy with a minimum of $2,000,000 liability coverage prior to acceptance as a club member of WushuOntario.
- Level I Club Members and their individual members are NOT covered under the $5,000,000 liability insurance policy of WushuOntario EXCEPT on location at fully sanctioned WushuOntario events.
- Level I Club Members and their individual members are NOT eligible for funding or sponsorship of any type from WushuOntario.

This option is for club operators who are interested in Full recognition and participation in WushuOntario events and programs.

This Membership Package Allows for the Following Benefits:

- Individual Club members who are registered with WushuOntario are allowed to participate in WushuOntario events and programs.
- Provides full recognition to your club and its members for the achievements of your individual members, coaches and officials.
- Provides access to learning tools and informative materials for use in growing and developing Wushu related programs.
- Provides 2 copies of the WushuOntario operations manual.
- Provides club member with a Club Member website listing on NSO and PSO websites along with banner and advertisement space.
- Provides recognition certificate to be displayed at the member club.
- Provides WushuOntario membership for one (1) designated coach.
- Provides WushuCanada souvenir welcoming packages for all members of your club.
- Provides Member Club and all of its individual members with coverage under the $5,000,000 liability insurance policy of WushuCanada both at the club and a events sanctioned by WushuOntario/WushuCanada.

Sanctioned Competitions and Events Club members are provided recognition and access to participate in officially sanctioned tournaments and events recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Health Promotion & Sport, the Province of Ontario and the associated governing bodies of the sport.
  Member Clubs may also apply to host local competitions, club competitions, clinics, seminars and other WushuOntario sanctioned programs with provided guidance and resources. These are available to Level II Club Members.

  Member Clubs are recognized for the achievements of all their Individual members through media, websites and events.

  Member Clubs are aligned with the entire membership base of WushuOntario and have access to volunteers, officials and planning resources to enhance their capacity.

Assisted Programming Members are actively engaged in activities and programming assisted by WushuCanada, the National Sport Organization that is officially recognized by the International Wushu Federation and the Canadian Olympic Committee.
  Membership ensures well structured and professionally operated facilities with coaching and athletic resources that will aid athletes in their training and competitive goals. Level II Member Clubs are provided guidance to criteria and programming standards that are developed under the "Canada Sport for Life" model.

  Level II Club Members and their individual members are eligible to apply for funding opportunities available to recognize the achievements of their members
