| To apply for membership to WushuOntario, complete the corresponding application form and return to the WushuOntario administration along with payment. For individual members please ensure you indicate your affiliate member club name if applicable or submit membership through your affiliate member club. New or existing members should not hesitate to communicate with WushuOntario administration to verify membership and to attain all relevant membership materials. |

| Individual Membership: Level I Recreational Athletes / Volunteers Fee: $15.00 Membership Package includes: -Access to WushuOntario/WushuCanada sanctioned events and programs. -Access to WushuOntario/WushuCanada organized seminars and clinics. -Discounted rates to WushuOntario/WushuCanada events and programs. -Coverage under the Liability Insurance policy of WushuOntario/WushuCanada at the facilities during sanctioned events -Level I Membership Card Membership Limitations: -Level I Individual Members are not eligible to partake in any Full or Semi-contact Combative Sanda competitions. -Level I Individual Members are limited to participation in Non-Provincial and Non-National Level open division competition categories and includes the continuous light contact sanda sparring events. -No medical requirements are necessary in these levels of competition. |
