This FREE one day event will feature officials and coaches from the Sanda technical committee who will provide info and strategies to participants about different techniques and rules of Sanda competition.
All new and veteran level athletes are encouraged to attend as our Sanda experts will provide insight to winning strategies based on scoring structure and legal techniques that will help you train and prepare yourself for various levels of competition.
The event features:
30 min session on participation process for clubs/athletes and coaches
1 hour Sanda rules & regulations session
45 min Demonstration session on scoring techniques and take downs
45 min Active Strategy Training session through sample bouts.
BRING YOUR SANDA TRAINING GEAR AND WATER!
